ABOUT 

Tomoko Yokoi is a Researcher, Executive and Advisor with expertise in digital business transformations, women in tech, and digital innovation. She is a Forbes Contributor on topics related to digital transformation and innovation, and her insights have been published in numerous outlets such as Quartz and MIT Sloan Management Review. 

Tomoko brings unique insights to her research and advisory services, drawing from her 20 years of experience leading digital transformations and marketing excellence as a senior executive in B2B and B2C industries.

 

She worked in senior executive positions in Fortune 500 companies and fast growing software ventures. She also co-founded her own tech startup in the area of digital health, machine learning and conversational technologies. Given her unique and diverse spectrum of experience, she is acutely aware of the digital challenges faced by both large incumbent organizations and digital upstarts needing to scale. 

Tomoko's unique trajectory and perspective as a woman in digital has been profiled in AGEFI, the Financial Times, amongst others. 

Having worked across N. America, Europe, and Asia, Tomoko is also keenly interested in the cultural impact of digital transformations. She regularly advises and coaches senior executives on their leadership skills in the digital age.
